2 identical but independent cabins, located in the Malul Ursului area, at the edge of the forest, isolated from other buildings, near the Olaresei stream, in a place where the snow is the best in the entire Predeal resort.
Entirely built of fir tree wood, the surface of the cabin is of 100m²; the cabins have 15 cm mineral cotton insulation. Both cabins have central heating, one through heaters one through floor.
The structure of the cabins:
Ground floor: spacious living room (35 m², tp) with armchairs and an outside terrace (35m²) with a view of the Bucegi Mountains. In the living room 4 folding beds can be accommodated; mini-kitchen (cooker, refrigerator, crockery) with bar; bathroom.
First floor: 1 room with double bed (2 persons); 1 room with 2 stacked beds (4 persons); common terrace; common bathroom with all the equipment necessary (toilet, shower, washing basin).
Each bedroom has a surface of 12m² and has access from the hall.
* Integral renting price, for the entire capacity: 430 lei/day
* The unit has 2 identical cabins, each with 10 places. The renting price is of 100 euro/day.
